Saunders + Gordon provide dialogue for 'don't eat the neighbours'

January 4th, 2002: Leading sound recording facility, Saunders + Gordon, has provided the dialogue for 26 half hour episodes of a new children's comedy puppet show intriguingly called 'Don't Eat the Neighbours'. The programme is a Sextant Entertainment/Granada Kids production and begins airing on CiTV on January 7th.

'Don't Eat the Neighbours' portrays two single parent fathers – one a family of rabbits, the other a family of wolves – and explores the social conventions of family life with an added twist - one family, given half the chance, would gladly eat the other!

Saunders + Gordon had a bevy of stars in studio one during the month long dialogue recording session including Mike McShane, Robert Lindsay, Tim McInnerny and Doon MacKichan. The facility used its SSL Scenaria to both record and edit all 26 episodes of 'Don't Eat the Neighbours' – a task that Facility Director Tim Lofts says was very intense but also a lot of fun.
