Ex Boy Scout Tim (!!!) is the longest serving member of staff who started at S+G when the company was just 6 months old. Having started work here on the 'Youth Training Scheme' after pursuing school time hobbies of working with sound at a local amateur theatre and as an 'anorak' at Radio Mercury, one wonders how he ever made it to his position of Facilities Director. Having worked with just about all S+Gs clients, and having started regularly engineering a studio at the tender age of 19, he now suffers from pre-ageing (32years old, going on 50) with all sorts of medical conditions best kept to himself. With a questionable taste in music, he still can't quite seem to accept the fact that he's just too old to start 'Larging It In Ibiza'. However, Tim is now responsible for the day to day running of S+G and is the main point of contact for clients and staff, but can still be found working in the studio for his regular clients.
